What: A new seminar for creative and non-creative businesses in Dorset wanting to know more about how creative excellence can deliver increased commercial success.

Why: Creativity Works Dorset will focus on

• Showing how creative agencies and their clients can work more effectively together to deliver mutual commercial success.
• Recognising the opportunities that the 2012 Games present as a catalyst for delivering county wide creative excellence.
• The importance of investing time and money in creative talent to deliver increased profits to businesses.
• Celebrating the county of Dorset as a hub of creative talent.
• Challenging preconceptions of creative talent outside of major metropolitan areas.

Who: Creative Dorset is a company which has been formed to develop, support and promote the creative industries in the county.Creative Dorset is working in partnership with Revolting Art & Design and Tandem Marketing to deliver what is hoped to be the first of an annual event.
